Do I need to make an appointment?
No. You can walk in during opening times. For a special, bespoke or larger order it is better to send a message first so we can confirm what is possible and when it will be ready.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Local debit cards (PIN / Maestro / V-Pay), credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), cash, and contactless mobile payments. Every price already includes VAT (BTW).
How quickly can a custom order be ready?
Standard custom work usually takes 30 to 90 minutes once we have confirmed the details. Larger requests are scheduled with you first.
Assortment and availability can change through the day. Prices are final consumer prices including VAT.
